In addition, my levy archers, all in loose formation, while focus firing one single unit of hurlers and all three hurlers splitting focus amongst my three archers was just as much of a terrible show! The hurlers seemed to hit every stone thrown, despite the loose formation, and in only the first two volleys my archers were already half unit while only taking 10% of the enemy's unit. I noticed this horror at first in a shocking village battle involving three levy spears and 3 archers against 3 levy spears and 3 hurlers (slavs vs germanics) The levy spears have the same exact combat statlines number for number, and yet when my spears recieved the other spear's charge the resulting fight found them decimated with a 9 to 1 casualty ratio. To my dismay however, there seems to be something intrinsically wrong with these Slavic units, their statlines seem to be a total lie perhaps?
